Recommit to Food Freedom:

A Weekend with Bright Line Eating and SHiFT Recovery

September 26 - 28, 2025

Gabriola Island, British Columbia

This weekend retreat is designed to help participants come out of denial about their food behaviors, reconnect with Bright Line Eating tools, and explore whether they may need deeper support through SHiFT Recovery. Through writing, reflection, group work, and emotional tools, participants will get clarity about what kind of structure or treatment is right for them. The retreat includes elements of SHiFT’s Intensive work, gentle exposure to the 12-Steps, and honors the familiar support structure of Bright Line Eating.
