A 22-hour virtual program — weekend immersion + 4-week integration
At SHiFT, emotional sobriety means more than abstinence — it’s the freedom to live in balance, integrity, and self-leadership. This experiential program will lead you from the agony caused by the destructive ways codependency sabotages your everyday life and relationships, through to recovery and wholeness. In recovery, we MUST move away from our dysfunctional behaviours and into responsible healthy living.
Codependency is the #1 reason people relapse. Let’s face our codependence and move beyond the denial into hope, strength and recovery.
Program Schedule:
Weekend: Friday, April 10th: 3 – 5 pm PST |6 – 8 pm EST, Saturday, April 11th & Sunday, April 12th: 9 am – 4:30 pm PST | 12 pm – 7:30 pm EST
Weekly Meetings: Wednesdays: 3 – 5 pm PST | 6 – 8 pm EST (April 22, 29, May 6 & 13)
💠 Program Overview
Weekend Immersion (14 hours)
Friday evening welcome + group orientation
Saturday and Sunday morning/afternoon sessions
Teachings on codependency, guided inner work, group exercises, and integration practices
4 Weekly Sessions (2 hours each)
Deepen understanding of yourself and your relationships
Complete homework and reflections weekly, including check-ins
Connect teachings with 12-Step recovery and the Big Book
💬 Who It’s For
This program is exclusively for SHiFT alumni who are abstinent.
This program will lead you into a recovery-centered lifestyle and help you clearly identify and interrupt your personal codependent patterns of self-defeating thoughts and behaviours

Delivery: Virtual via Zoom
Includes: Slides, guided meditations, experiential exercises, and integration homework
